OESA Fact Sheet
Formed in August 1998, the Original Equipment Suppliers
Association provides a forum for automotive suppliers by addressing issues
of common concern through peer group councils; serving as a resource for industry information and analysis, promoting the interests of the OE supplier community and serving as an industry voice and positive change agent for the industry.
- OESA consists of nearly 400 member organizations with global automotive
sales of more than $300 billion.
- Fifty-nine percent of OESA regular members have sales of less than
$150 million
- Twenty-nine percent of regular member organizations have sales
between $150 million and $1 billion
- Twelve percent of regular members have sales of more than $1 billion
- OESA membership represents more than 65 percent of North American
automotive supplier sales.
- More than 500 industry executives participate
in 13 OESA peer group councils and the Government Affairs Committee:

2005 revenue was $2.6 million with more than 50 percent
from events and member services and the 50 percent
from dues.

the president.
