How does OESA serve as a positive change agent for suppliers
with the OEMs?
OESA provides a strategic forum for the automotive industry’s
original equipment suppliers. OESA frequently meets with executives

and conditions, linear performance pricing, the powerway.com

OEM-supplier relations and IMDS are a few of many issues OESA has championed with the
OEMs. Additionally, OESA provides a voice to the supplier companies
through the media on issues of interest to suppliers.
Who can the media contact for a quotation on
issues affecting supplier companies?

globally as the voice of OE suppliers in N.A. and can be reached

What is the relationship between OESA and the
Motor & Equipment Suppliers Association?
OESA is a market segment association of
the Motor & Equipment
Manufacturers Association. OESA is separately incorporated
with its own board of directors. MEMA has two other associations
serving the aftermarket and heavy duty sectors, called the Automotive
Aftermarket Suppliers Association and Heavy
Duty Manufacturers Association, respectively. Members paying
dues to AASA or HDMA with existing business or interest in the
OE market may join OESA for $1,000 per year. OESA members with
business or interest in the aftermarket or heavy duty sectors may join
AASA or HDMA, also for $1,000 per year. In all cases, a member
must complete the membership application for each market segment group in
which they have interest.
Can I register for an event if my company is
not a member of OESA?
OESA welcomes non-members to nearly all
events. Council meetings are exclusively for OESA
members. Affiliate members release proprietary information at
select OESA events and OESA may restrict attendance at such meetings.
Does OESA sell mailing lists?
OESA does not sell mailing lists. OESA publishes
the "OESA Industry Report," including a hard copy listing of OESA members
and lists of other OE suppliers. To
